I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Massachusetts. I specialize in providing individual and couple therapy to young adults and working professionals. I value providing treatment for individuals from diverse backgrounds with a variety of religious, cultural, sexual, and gender identities.

My areas of specialty include: Relationships, emotion regulation, depression, anxiety, stress, self-criticism, perfectionism, hair pulling/skin picking concerns, conflict with family of origin, boundary setting, trauma, grief and bereavement, career concerns, identity development, and life transition concerns. I also specialize in working with individuals who identify as highly sensitive people.

I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree (B.A.) in Psychology from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. I earned my Masters of Arts (M.A.) and Doctor of Psychology Degrees (Psy.D.) from the APA-accredited Clinical Psychology program at Roosevelt University in Chicago. I also completed an APA-accredited predoctoral internship training at the University of Illinois at Chicago's Counseling Center.

 

I have specialized training in the following modalities:

  • Internal Family Systems (Level 1 certified)

  • Emotion Focused Therapy for couples (Externship and additional training/supervision)

  • CBT-based treatment for skin-picking and hair-pulling disorders (ComB model certified)

  • Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (Immersion Program)
