As an emotion focused therapist, I will help you to address and alleviate your concerns with compassion and understanding. I will also take an active role in helping you to change maladaptive patterns and learn more effective coping techniques.
I integrate a mix of traditional supportive talk therapy and skills based interventions to help you make the progress you wish to see. Together we will find a pace and direction that feels best for you.

I am only providing appointments remotely via telehealth.
I can provide you with a form to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement with insurance plans. Many plans have a deductible and/or copay/coinsurance, so it can be worth checking with your plan in advance regarding your benefits and coverage. Please contact me directly for more information regarding my session fee.
I am able to process credit cards, debit cards, and checks.
Please remember to cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance. It is important to note that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for cancelled sessions.
