Dr. Lily Glassman
Compassionate care for lasting change
Finding balance and healing shouldn't feel overwhelming.
I help adults and couples navigate life's challenges through a personalized blend of proven approaches. Together, we'll work to quiet the noise, reduce stress, and help you reconnect with your authentic self.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for growth, my integrative approach meets you exactly where you are. Every person's journey is unique, and your therapy should be too.
How I help
With over 10 years of experience, and specialized training in trauma-informed care, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine warmth to every session.

Working Together
Tailored Support
I use a combination of proven techniques to help you understand yourself better, manage difficult emotions, and build lasting resilience. Every session is tailored to what you're experiencing right now.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Emotional Exploration
Instead of fighting the parts of yourself you don't like, IFS teaches you to understand what they're trying to protect. The result? Less internal chaos, more self-acceptance, and the ability to show up as your authentic self in relationships.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Thought Restructuring
Our brains love to catastrophize, ruminate, and assume the worst. CBT helps you notice when your thinking gets hijacked and gives you practical ways to redirect toward thoughts that actually serve you and move you forward.
Mindfulness Practice
Present-Moment Awareness
Think of mindfulness as learning to be a compassionate observer of your own life. This practice helps you respond rather than react, creating space for genuine self-understanding and deeper relationships.

Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT)
Individual & Couple therapy
Your emotions aren't the problem—it's how you've learned to cope with them. EFT helps you recognize what you're really feeling beneath the anger, withdrawal, or anxiety, so you can express your needs in ways that actually bring you closer to others instead of pushing them away.

Whether you need gentle support through a difficult transition or deeper work to understand long-standing patterns, I meet you exactly where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.
Personalized Support
Tailored Therapy
Your concerns aren't generic, so your therapy shouldn't be either. I listen carefully to understand not just what's happening in your life, but how it's affecting you specifically. Together, we'll create a treatment plan that makes sense for your situation, your personality, and your goals—adapting as you grow and change.
Holistic Approach
Mind-Body Wellness
Your body is constantly giving you information about your emotional state. Learning to listen to these signals, and respond to them skillfully, gives you a powerful advantage in managing anxiety, processing difficult experiences, and staying centered.
Experienced Therapist
Compassionate Expert
With years of training and countless hours spent walking alongside clients through their toughest moments, I bring both clinical skill and genuine understanding to every session. You don't have to figure this out alone, I'm here to help you understand what's happening, why it's happening, and most importantly, what you can do about it.
Insurance and Fees
I am an in-network provider with Aetna of MA. For other insurance plans, I can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit for potential insurance reimbursement. I recommend calling your insurance company to understand your benefits—ask about your deductible, co-insurance percentage, and annual out-of-network maximum.
Office Location
All sessions are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own space. This means no commute, no waiting rooms, and the ability to access quality therapy from wherever feels most comfortable for you.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and I understand that sometimes you need to reschedule. I ask for 48 hours' notice when possible, which allows me to offer that time to other clients who may need it. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full fee, and unfortunately, insurance doesn't reimburse for missed appointments.
