
Dr. Lily Glassman

Dr. Glassman is a licensed clinical psychologist based in New Jersey, with additional licensure in Massachusetts. She is also PSYPACT certified, allowing her to provide therapy to clients located in participating PSYPACT states.
Dr. Glassman is committed to providing inclusive and affirming care to individuals from diverse backgrounds, including a variety of religious, cultural, sexual, and gender identities.

Dr. Glassman’s areas of expertise include relationship challenges, emotion regulation, depression, anxiety, stress, self-criticism, perfectionism, family conflict, boundary setting, trauma, grief and loss, career concerns, identity development, and life transitions. She also has specialized experience working with individuals who identify as highly sensitive people.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from The George Washington University and completed her Master of Arts (M.A.) and Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degrees at the APA-accredited Clinical Psychology program at Roosevelt University in Chicago. Her predoctoral internship training took place at the University of Illinois at Chicago's Counseling Center, an APA-accredited program.
