I am in-network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. I can provide you with a form to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement with other plans. Many plans have a deductible and/or copay/coinsurance, so it can be worth checking with your plan in advance regarding your benefits and coverage.
I am able to process credit cards, debit cards, and checks.
Please remember to cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance. It is important to note that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for cancelled sessions.
