Individual Therapy

We will collaboratively develop a pace and goals that fit your unique needs. I work primarily through an emotion-focused and client-centered lens in therapy, integrating mindfulness and body-centered approaches to treatment. 

 

Therapy is often an unfolding process. Working together, I will help you to develop greater awareness and understanding of yourself and your relationships with others. Through fostering greater knowledge and appreciation of yourself and your experiences you will become better equipped to create meaningful and sustainable growth and change in your life.

My approach is open, curious, and compassionate. My interventions are a mix of traditional supportive talk therapy and experiential approaches informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).
