Therapy is an evolving process that will help you deepen your self-awareness and gain a clearer understanding of your relationships. To do this, I focus on helping you become more aware of your emotions and how they influence your thoughts and actions. Through this, we can address the challenges that you're facing and work toward meaningful, lasting change.​

My approach is open, curious, and compassionate. I blend traditional supportive talk therapy with experiential methods, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) to tailor treatment to your individual needs.
