Do you accept insurance?
My practice is out-of-network with most insurance plans. I process the session fee after each session and can then provide you with a superbill to share with your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
If you're planning to use out-of-network benefits for therapy, here are some key questions to ask your insurance company:

What platform do you use for telehealth sessions?
I use a program called SimplePractice that synchronizes scheduling technology with appointment scheduling and messaging services. This is a Hipaa compliant software. You can receive alerts for sessions that will then direct you to a link that you can open to view your video appointment. Please be sure to have consistent access to the internet for a clear connection.
